FNF Canada has introduced new communication channels for brokers to access its appraisal and mortgage closing services.

Based on feedback provided through broker advisory sessions, the FNF Broker Services team announced that effective Feb. 1, Broker’s Choice can now be accessed by brokers via a toll free number (1-888-814-4005) and email (brokerschoice@fnf.ca).

“The introduction of these dedicated channels allows for easier access to FNF Canada,” said Lori Smith, director, business development – broker services. “Brokers can now make an inquiry anytime, anyplace and in a manner that is convenient for them. And this is just the beginning. We are very excited about many new and innovative services that will be launched over the next few months. These enhancements and tools have been created for Broker’s Choice and will be instrumental to improving and redefining the service experience of the broker and their customers.”
