Stage 1 – Nominations
Nomination forms are sent out via Canadian Mortgage Professional (CMP) Magazine,
and all industry participants are invited to nominate candidates online.
Nominations are open from September 2007 to early December 2007.
* Please note that personal nominations and own company nominations will
not be accepted.
Stage 2 - Research
Extensive additional phone research will also be completed for the nomination
process. This will ensure that no stone is left unturned in the nomination
process to identify the very best mortgage brokering professionals and
companies across the 15 award categories.
Stage 3 - Nominee finalists announced
After all proposals have been received, each will be considered and a
summary report collated and presented to 2008 judging panel for further
consideration and approval. Once this process is complete, a full list
of ‘Official Nominees’ will be announced across the categories
in CMP Magazine.
Stage 4 - Finalists' submissions
Once announced, all official nominees will be contacted and detailed reports
prepared on each nominee in every category. These will be based upon category-specific
criteria and will provide judges with all the necessary information needed
to choose a winner in each of the award categories.
Stage 5 – Judges’ decision
A panel of esteemed representative judges will review all finalists' submissions.
Judges will use their experience to evaluate and select the winners in
each category in an impartial, balanced and fair manner.
Stage 6 – CMP CANADIAN MORTGAGE AWARDS GALA EVENING AND
AWARDS PRESENTATION
Canada's mortgage industry will attend this lavish black-tie gala dinner
to celebrate and promote excellence within the mortgage brokering industry
while witnessing the announcement of the winners in what promises to be
the industry’s most exciting night of the year.
